Credit Card Orders
Nanoprobes accepts orders using MasterCard and Visa, and can accept many more payment options for online shopping cart orders via PayPal (no PayPal account necessary). Just have your account number, expiration date, account name and zip code ready when you order.
Online Orders
We use PayPal Checkout to process your order with reliability, security and convenience.
It is not necessary to create a PayPal account to complete your order via PayPal.

Terms of payment for purchase orders are net 30 days. All other orders are charged at the time of shipment. Remittance should be in U.S. dollars only.
Shipping
Unless specifically advised, Nanoprobes ships by Federal Express. U.S. destinations are shipped Standard Overnight delivery; international destinations are shipped Priority. Charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Our online shopping cart provides estimated shipping prices only. For larger orders or those containing refrigerated items, additional shipping charges may be required. After packing your order for greatest economy, we’ll contact you first if any additional shipping increases the order total by more than 15%.
For all other orders (e.g., purchase orders), shipping will be calculated after packing for greatest economy and added to your invoice.
Shipping Times
Most orders received before noon EST can be shipped the same day.
Orders received after noon will be shipped the next business day.
To ensure arrival of your product in the best possible condition, we normally ship items received late in the week at the beginning of the next. The deadline for same-week shipping is 12PM EST each Thursday for domestic orders, and 12PM EST each Wednesday for international orders.
Need to get your shipment faster? Weekend shipping is available, at an additional fee from our carrier (FedEx). Give us a call and or send us an email, and we’ll get you squared away.
International Distributors
Shipping internationally? Consider ordering through one of our international distributors serving your region. Our distributors are knowledgable in the customs processes and shipping issues in your area, and can help expedite delivery and minimize customs difficulties.

Returns and Exchanges
If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, due to the additional transit time required in unstable temperature conditions.
